Steed and Les were arch enemies. He's been a little better doing Bradley games over the years.
So basically he was like everyone else Jim interacted with for 9 years in Peoria?

Stat heads - find all the games Randy Heimerman does in Iowa for Drake or UNI, and the FTs shot by each team. My guess is you’ll see Drake and UNI with exponentially more FT shot and made.

I mean, I guess I don't blame him though --- most of the bald guys are bad referees for some reason. Are they bad because they are bald...or do they go bald because they are bad? :scratch Maybe we should poll Kipp Kissinger in on this one too That's it! I was wondering why he was so shiny, especial...

Re: The Valley

This league is so stupid. Meanwhile, the B1G beats up on each other and it’s all good: https://twitter.com/enthusiadams/status/1229893025423380481?s=21 Remember when the P5 whined about the Valley 'cracking the code' of the RPI and manipulating it back in the mid 2000's, thus causing them and their...

Maybe I’m a simpleton, but at Carver it’s an ice cold draft or bust.

But whatever it takes to get more @sses in seats. Put the d@mn symphony next to the band with wine and cheese for all I care. All are welcome!

I’d expect he will come from a school with a premier athletics/Basketball program. https://www.ucdavis.edu/about/administration/ Well done, sir. Academic excitement is at an all-time high!

Re: Braves vs. Bears

:pig Bears nearly beat us tonight with a carbon copy of last year. They put their heads down and plow towards the basket, getting to the free throw line. We survived tonight, making free throws down the stretch and getting key rebounds. All of this without De Silva. We need to keep winning to stay o...

Re: Braves vs. Bears

I hope folks that stayed home are excited and fired up about what they saw on TV tonight. We have fun and joke around about reasons *not* to go to a game - weather, start times, etc. but shaming people isn't a way to get more butts in the seats. We might never get back to what we once were attendanc...

Let's not forget where we've been (hopefully never again), and where we're going - A win tomorrow gives us the most Valley wins we've had in over a decade. A FREAKING DECADE! This is meaningful on many different levels. Let's go get it. We got it. Most league wins in 11 years. Don’t stop now boys! ...

Also, can we talk about our team finding a way and staring at a 92% chance at finishing top 4 without arguably our best all-around player for most of the league season? 75% to finish top 3. This. We played 10 conference games without Childs, our MVP, and we are talking about finishing 2nd or 3rd in...

Re: 2020 BU recruiting and beyond

I want a wing that can shoot plus a point guard because we definitely have enough front court players. Why the Knock on McAdoo? Not to speak for ER3 but McAdoo put up uninspiring numbers at Eastern Michigan. His profile there shows a smaller shooting guard who shot it just ok and didn’t do much els...

Re: 2020 BU recruiting and beyond

I love the offer...I just don’t see a ton of minutes for a wing available next year. McAdoo Nolan Kingsby Ville Sometimes Henry Thomas McAdoo/Nolan/Kingsby/Ville are all going to be logging 20+ minutes a game. Depending on the matchups sometimes Henry moonlights as a 3. I don’t see many minutes for ...

So, so angry about the result in Rogers Park last night. I'm not buying what Loyola is selling, yet they're likely to finish ahead of us again.

Oh well, will just have to ruin their dreams in the semis again this year.
