Peoria Sunday Morning League

I am an older guy and have followed sports in central and northern illinois for years. but, for some reason, i had never heard of the sunday morning baseball league until i saw a pbs show on sunday about it.

really enjoyed that program and still wonder how i had never heard of a league that has been a staple in peoria for 100+ years.
