interesting match-up.

Danville 1-3

L to Kankakee sr. 34-20 away
L to lemont 9-15 home
W to manual 59-8 away
L to Peoria high 41-49 away

notre dame 4-0

W richwoods 7-0 home
w manual 64-20 home
w champ central 27-21 home
w champ cent 27-12 home

how did Danville keep it so close with Peoria high on the road? how will notre dame fare playing for the first time on the road at Danville? thoughts?

Danville seemed like a solid team with some fast players!! They ran down some of Peorias backs on long runs and also got some big passes.

PND is not last years talent filled team. I haven't seen PND play but I guess they don't have danvilles speed at the skill position. Only one Shadid this year. Younger team on a two hour road trip. I think Danville gets the W.

Kankakee, Lemont, and Central are all very good programs.

Danville is a very good program. Should be a great game.

I wouldn't say Danville is a very good program. They have decent teams every once in a while, but they are not a very good program.

I guess I should rephrase and say Danville is a very good team this year.

With 345 yards I think one Shadid was enough.

That would be correct. One Shadid was enough. I feel like it's a tootsie pop commercial... how many Shadids does it take.
