Sterling Rochelle video

Post by muss » Sun Oct 07, 2018 10:28 am

With a total of 4 Sterling starters out of this game including their 2 best running backs, Rochelle took the lead with 1 min left, after picking up 1 first down, this was the last play of the game for the Sterling win!

I'm no President Trump fan but thank you sir for your comments in regard to the NFL and those protesting our nations anthem. You were spot on!!!

Marquez Williams the RB/3 year starting linebacker has a banged up knee. Should be back around playoffs. Other RB/DB that guarded Pekin's stud WR out for other reasons. Starting H-back/LB is out with an ACL from the Geneseo game. Can't speak on any other ones, I wasn't at the game and with no video broadcast I'm sure the Rochelle radio guy I listened to had no idea.

Not sure if that link will work but there's the set up play and the touchdown

When Rochelle loses America wins!
I favor capital punishment. But there are alot of cases where I don't think capital punishment applies (parking violations) and cases where it should be applied (murder, child molestation, illegal HS football recruiting).- BirdWatcher

Haha, That was the first thing I thought - Pekin has a stud WR?

My bad, I should have worded it differently. After Hill had 4 td’s week 1, he did not allow a completion to him.

Lol, I knew what you meant, He had 4 TDS in week 1 and Quez shut him out that night, not sure what he did the rest of the season.

Just messing with you Muss! Pekin's had a few good receivers last few years (none this year) but have not had stud receiver since Cole Henderson back five years or so. (He went to U of I on track schlor). And Muss - I was right, Pekin is out of the playoffs for second year in row and will probably finish 4-5! And I will that Washington gave Pekin as big of beat down as Sterling, in fact, I think Washington was a little better. Just my opinion. I would still love to see Sterling-Washingon game but it seems that Washington will be 6A this year...

CIS,
I would love to see a Sterling Washington game too! But we will probably end up in the North bracket and Washington prolly in the south, Sterling will end up going out in the quarters losing to Montini who will go on to win it all, just my prediction, I would have said they had a chance this year but they lost 2 really good players, sorry about Pekin, they seem athletic enough but never get it done, especially on defense. maybe next year.

That will help but will he be in shape after missing 3 weeks? I guess being just a high school kid he will, he’s not old like us Ging.
