Wisconsin high school will use 35 second shot clock.

This should be standardized nationwide.
While it would be nice, there is no governing body to affect such a rule. And no state is going to allow any other state to mandate anything.

Most states use nhsf rules. I think that is the correct abbreviation. My concern is before long no one will understand Basketball. NBA 24 college 30 college women 30 with quarters and time out ball advancement and free throw rules. High school no clock most places. How does a fan enjoy the different levels if you don't really know what is happening? Oh and throw in international rules too! Geeesh
