58 Stolen Bases total...wowww...how does that many correctly scored stolen bases happen?

It can't be both. Either its a wild pitch/pass ball or a stolen base. If the runner's stealing on the pitch then they get credited with a stolen base regardless of the ball getting by the catcher. If they wait to see the ball get by the catcher, then its a pb/wp.
