We have another party crasher ... Andrew Warren has just been added to the roster: https://www.thetournament.com/teams/alw ... ley-alumni

Andrew was the 2017 Germany ProA Player of the Year after leading MBC to the league championship by averaging 17.5 ppg and shooting 50.7 percent 3-point range this season!

A-W is a huge add to this team, especially if JC isn't going to play.

Will be nice to welcome him back to campus again.

AW was a really good player. It's a shame he didn't get to star on better teams.

Warren and Lemon add some much needed scoring options to this team to help out Sommerville.

The majority of the field for the 2017 The Basketball Tournament was revealed today with 15 of the 16 teams in each region determined. The 16th in each region will play in through the TBT Jamboree June 16-17. The complete list of Midwest Region teams can be found here: http://bradleybraves.com/news/2017/6/6/ ... ional.aspx.

The list of alumni teams include Ohio State, Iowa State, Kansas State, Marquette, Saint Louis and Milwaukee, plus a team built entirely from the D-League's Fort Wayne Mad Ants. And, of course, Always A Brave!

The TBT is bringing two great days of basketball to Peoria July 15-16. I hope you can make it.

The irony - Taylor Brown, who quit on the team when healthy in the Valley tourney, is 'Always A Brave'. Will we get the debut of his documentary before tip off?

Anyone interested in splitting the 4 ticket plan for 40. Would only be 2 for 20.

Who do you guys see as a starting lineup?

Marcellus, Ruffian and Warren to me are the 3 best players on the team. After that it depends on what you're trying to do. Boogie can slide in as a 3 IMO and then you have to decide on the big.

How can you leave Randle off a list of the three best players on the team? I love Ruff but you would put him as a better player than Randle? Pac-10 Player Of The Year, honorable mention All American, Cal's all time leading scorer, he has won three different professional league championships overseas and was the 2017 Australia NBL player of the year?

I have the starters as

Sommerville
O'Bryant
Warren
Randle/Ruffin (Randle is better but Ruffin is great and is a Brave)
Brown

Can't wait for a 2006 recruiting thread to get bumped with someone complaining about Bradley not offering him.

Hell not arguing I just forgot to add him. You are so right. Living out here in the SF Bay area I did get to watch him play. Now can you play both Ruf and Randle at the same time? Talk about spreading the floor. AW would love that more then anyone else.

Randle will not be at Bradley until Wednesday so my guess is Ruff will start.

I don't know if that score is great for the 17-18 Braves?

Why wouldn't it be? Winning a scrimmage against a team that has 9 active professional basketball players on their roster...I'd say that is a positive result.

Positive! Men against Boys! It is a whole new level of players, speed and strength in any pro-league compared to college ball.

Some of our guys appear to have bulked up nicely. Van Bree definitely looks like he could be very effective posting up smaller guys down low this year.

Based on a facebook post I saw, it appears the Bradley team also scrimmaged against the Peoria All Stars yesterday. Here is the report from Peoria All Stars facebook page which included about 35 pictures:

Scrimmage aftermath...
*call your own fouls, game(s) to 11...
*Peoria All-Stars 2 wins Bradley 3 wins
***was tight and close the entire time, Saturday will be epic!!!!

If nothing else, it appears that Bradley is getting to play some good competition outside of the guys they play against every day which is great for the summer months.
