Glennon likely cemented starting role at least for the first few games.

I think Shaw makes the team and Sanchez gets cut with Trubisky serving as the back up.

Bears tied 10-10 at half with Falcons. Bears D looking pretty good thus far. Cohen being used quite a bit by Bears offense.

Not really. Bears D has played really well and has stymied Falcons offense thus far.

Glennon is a stiff. Defense has played well. Difference may be the Hicks roughing the passer penalty.

... and Demps blowing coverage allowing a third-and-long to turn into an 88-yard TD.

Both Bears RBs with TDs today as Cohen gets the first of his career on a 19 yard TD catch.

Kevin White injured.

I'm guessing he's out for the year.

Atlanta survives as Bears have 4 chances from inside the Falcons 10 to score but can't put it in. Drops by Josh Bellamy and Jordan Howard didn't help. Falcons win 23-17.

Bad pick or just unlucky? It's not like he was considered brittle out of college. Or does it matter?

Actually the drop by Howard likely did help as time likely would have run out as his forward progress would have been stopped.
I favor capital punishment. But there are alot of cases where I don't think capital punishment applies (parking violations) and cases where it should be applied (murder, child molestation, illegal HS football recruiting).- BirdWatcher

Actually going bad pick. While healthy this preseason and up to injury today didn't show anything.

Without the injuries he is the poster child of how NCAA offenses are not preparing WRs to play in the NFL.

the non holding call in the end zone didn't help much either.....it's either a td if he doesn't hold or 1st n goal at the 1 td line.
So I was in the airport the other day and I saw AL B., PM me if you want more details.

Wondering why Cohen wasn't on the field at the end. He was the most dynamic offensive player for the Bears today and he is on the bench in the biggest moment?? Bad, bad coaching there.

Also bad, bad coaching not challenging the Falcons' initial first down of the game when replays clearly showed he was almost two yards short. Maybe they would have converted the 3rd and short, but that had to be challenged.
