Re: Round 2 - Scores
Should've been a good game since they both play on the same type of playing field.
Wish we could've played Peoria on a flat turf field. Would've been fun to watch.
Enjoy the ride down south and good luck.
Time for basketball. TOC baby.

What the hell happened to Sterling? St. Rita 32 Sterling 0
East St. Louis 70 Rock Island 28 at RI. Geez, the Flyers have another great team. I still would've like to see Central play East St. Louis. No doubt Central loses but how many points would have been scored in that game? Normal losing to Phillips 18-0 at half. How far will Phillips go this year? They have built a really strong program. IVC down 21=7 at half - can they come back?

Re: Round 2 - Scores
Sterling is in the Western Big 6 while St. Rita is in the CCL/ESCC (Green). St. Rita has only played one team this year with a losing record. This game didn't surprise me at all.
I'm no President Trump fan but thank you sir for your comments in regard to the NFL and those protesting our nations anthem. You were spot on!!!
Re: Round 2 - Scores
I must say that I am not surprised St. Rita won, but I must say that I am quite taken back by the score and the shutout...GoBirdsGo II wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2019 8:06 pmSterling is in the Western Big 6 while St. Rita is in the CCL/ESCC (Green). Re: Round 2 - Scores
IVC take it on the chin today - still a very fine season for the Ghosts!
Re: Round 2 - Scores
If Rochester beats SHG again, is there a chance they'll get JCA? That could be fun.

Re: Round 2 - Scores
3 of the 4 play in brutal conferences. Of those 3 teams opponent's they lost to, 7 are still in the playoffs if that makes any sense.BIRDGRAD87 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2019 8:33 pm4 teams with 3 loses are in the 5A quarter finals. Brutal this year.
